Just like assigning tables at a wedding dinner, we’ll be organizing all the room assignments at Linekin Bay Resort. The resort’s reception team won’t make any changes to room bookings without checking with us first. Once the room block is finalized on March 1st, the resort will email you directly with a link to pay your deposit online and secure your spot. If you’re sharing a cabin with others (we’ve already contacted those of you who are), the brides will choose one person to be the main contact for that cabin — this person will be listed as the primary guest.

LBR will split the costs evenly between
the emails the brides have provided, and you will receive an email deposit request.
LBR requests that all room deposits be made by 60 days prior so everyone’s plans are solidified, and we can focus on all of the other wedding planning details! The first guests checking in will receive the room/cabin keys & check-in materials – please make sure to communicate with the other guests on the reservation. Unless otherwise noted, at check-out the Front Desk will split the remaining balance evenly between the credit cards on file.
